Exchange Policy
No refunds — exchanges only. We want you to love your tee, so we happily exchange sizes or items under the conditions below.
Conditions
- Request the exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags attached.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Courier fees
- All courier fees for returns and exchanges are paid by the buyer — both sending the item back to us and delivery of the exchanged item.
How to request an exchange
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the item/size you need.
- We confirm availability and share the return address.
- Send the item back via courier (fee paid by you).
- Once we receive and check the item, we dispatch your exchange (courier fee paid by you).
Items that arrive worn, washed or damaged cannot be exchanged.
